Now is the time to prepare for you final class! How Amazing that you have made it!

• Start by going through the content of this lesson and taking notes on the parts which speak to you

• Take some time to flow through your own personal intuitive yoga class, practice for one hour

• Sit with a notebook or blank page and start a brainstorm of your final class.

• Final class must include Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga or both, you need to have a clear introduction of yourself and the class that you are teaching including a student qualifier (check for injuries or conditions), you will have an opening and closing, you can incorporate any Kundalini, Yin or Restorative that you feel confident teaching. The class needs to be able to be followed by a beginner with modifications or alternative postures offered when necessary. Good luck! More on finals in the next lesson!

• What other healing, physically beneficial, or mental health improving tools/skills would you like to explore?

• Who do you know with these skills or tools? (potential people to collaborate with)

• What kind of space or environment attracts you?
