  • Pick 5 Postures you would teach in a class. They can be Vinyasa (Flow, Fast Paced, Enhancing) Hatha (Mindful, Held, Strengthening) Yin (Slow, Held, Relaxing), Kundalini (Dynamic, Meditative, Awakening)

  • From your 5 postures;

    choose 3 applicable modifications/encouragements or alternatives for during pregnancy.

  • Write down your chosen postures and the 3 Keys for practice during pregnancy.

    Put the postures together in a sequence and write it out.
